What to write about
A rate looks wrong. This is the most useful message you can send. Tell me the category and what eBay is charging you, and I will check it against eBay's fee page. If you are right, I fix it and update the check date so everyone sees the correction.
A category is missing. Tell me what you sell and I will look at adding it.
Something is broken. Let me know what you were doing and what device you were on.
Business. Advertising and partnership questions are fine at the same address.
What I cannot help with
I cannot see your eBay account, change your fees, deal with a buyer for you, or sort out a dispute. For any of that you need eBay's own customer service.
I am also not an accountant. I cannot tell you what to do about tax.
